Occupational therapy aids in managing injuries, conditions, or disabilities that hinder daily routines. It typically involves three stages: assessment, intervention, and evaluation of outcomes

Speech-Language Pathologists provide treatment that includes training for compensation and neurological rehabilitation for brain injury-related impairments. Cognitive-communication disorders may affect listening, speaking, memory, and problem-solving skills.

Case management process connects clients with healthcare providers, resources, and services to ensure optimal care. Case managers navigate healthcare systems and collaborate with clients, medical professionals, and insurers.

Rehabilitation Support Workers (RSWs) are compassionate, educated professionals who collaborate with our registered health professionals to implement strategies and programs for individuals with brain injuries. They assist in skill recovery, coping with life changes, and provide direct therapy, transitional support, and community integration.  

Psychologists, social workers, and psychotherapists provide various mental health treatments:

• Psychologists: Assess, diagnose, and offer therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy

• Social Workers: Provide counseling, support, advocacy, and connect clients to community resources.

• Psychotherapists: Use talk therapy to help manage emotions, thoughts, and behaviors through various therapeutic approaches.
